You’ll work alongside our team on two kinds of work: contributing to the open-source frameworks AI agents run on, and building custom agents that automate real workflows for our customers. This is hands-on work that ships, not a side project that sits in a folder.
What you’ll do
- Build and test AI agents that automate real workflows, from first prototype to production.
- Contribute to open-source agent frameworks: find bugs, write fixes, and open pull requests.
- Explore new agent frameworks and tools, and write up what works and where they break.
- Write tests and evaluations that check agents against real cases before they ship.
What we’re looking for
- You’re comfortable writing Python or TypeScript.
- You’ve built something with LLM APIs. A side project counts.
- You’re curious, careful, and happy reading other people’s code.
- You explain your thinking clearly in writing.
Nice to have
- A pull request to any open-source project.
- Experience with agent frameworks, tool calling, or evals.
What you’ll get
